Ingredients:

**For the Filling:**

- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (or any berries of choice)

- 1 tsp lemon juice

- 1/2 tsp tapioca powder

**For the Topping:**

- 1/3 cup oats

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- 1 scoop protein powder (optional, e.g., Naked Pea Plain)

- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

- 3 tbsp plant-based milk (e.g., coconut milk)

- 1 tbsp nut butter (e.g., raw cashew)

Instructions:

1. **Preheat the Oven:**

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. **Prepare the Berry Filling:**

- In a mixing bowl, combine the frozen mixed berries, lemon juice, and tapioca powder.

- Stir gently to coat the berries evenly with the ingredients.

3. **Prepare the Topping:**

- In another bowl, mix the oats, cinnamon, and protein powder (if using).

- Add the maple syrup, plant-based milk, and nut butter to the dry ingredients.

- Stir until well combined. The mixture should be slightly moist but still crumbly. If it's too dry, you can add a little more plant-based milk.

4. **Assemble the Crumble:**

- In a baking dish, spread the berry mixture evenly over the bottom.

- Sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the berries.

5. **Bake:**

- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the berries are bubbly.

6. **Serve:**

- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your very berry crumble warm, either on its own or with a scoop of your favorite plant-based ice cream or yogurt!

Tips:

- You can substitute the nut butter with any nut or seed butter of your choice for a different flavor.

- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup according to your taste preference.

Enjoy your delicious and nutritious very berry crumble with nut butter!
