Diving into a Tropical Smoothie Bowl is like taking a mini vacation in the comfort of your own kitchen. This bowl is a masterpiece, blending the creamy textures of banana, frozen peaches, mangoes, and pineapple with the rich, smooth taste of coconut milk and a protein boost from Naked Pea protein. Each spoonful transports you to a sunny paradise, thanks to the exotic flavors and the vibrant array of toppings. Slices of banana, honey mango, and fresh blueberries add a natural sweetness and are beautifully complemented by the crunch of desiccated coconut and a nutritious mix of chia, hemp, and flax seeds, known as trilogy seeds. Not only is it a feast for the eyes with its colorful presentation, but this smoothie bowl is also a powerhouse of nutrients, making it the perfect way to start your day on a high note.

Ingredients:

For the Smoothie Base:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches

  • 1/2 cup frozen mangoes

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 scoop Naked Pea protein powder

  • 3/4 cup coconut milk (adjust for desired consistency)

For the Toppings:

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 1 honey mango, diced

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut

  • 1 tablespoon trilogy seeds (chia, hemp, flax seeds mix)

  • 2 tablespoons crushed macadamia nuts

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Smoothie Base: In a high-speed blender, combine the ripe banana, frozen peaches, mangoes, pineapple, Naked Pea protein powder, and coconut milk. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add more coconut milk if needed to reach your preferred consistency.

  2. Assemble the Bowl: Pour the smoothie blend into a deep bowl. Use a spoon or spatula to smooth out the top.

  3. Add the Toppings: Arrange the banana slices and diced honey mango on one side of the bowl. Sprinkle the blueberries evenly across the bowl. Add a line of desiccated coconut through the center for a bit of texture and tropical sweetness. Finally, sprinkle the trilogy seeds and crushed macadamia nuts over the top for a nutritious and crunchy boost.

  4. Enjoy Your Tropical Smoothie Bowl: Serve immediately for the freshest taste and enjoy the vibrant flavors and textures of your tropical smoothie bowl.

Tips:

Feel free to customize the toppings based on your preferences or what you have available. Other great options include kiwi slices, pineapple chunks, or granola.

If you prefer a colder smoothie bowl, you can freeze the banana and mango overnight before use.
