Ingredients:


- 4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free)

- 4 tsp. vanilla extract

- 8 cups plant-based milk

- 12 Tbsp. coconut sugar

- 3 tsp. cinnamon

- 12 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

- 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped and toasted


Instructions:


1. **Prepare the Oats:** In a small bowl, mix together the oats, vanilla extract, and plant-based milk. Divide the mixture equally into four 8-oz. mason jars.


2. **Sweeten the Oats:** In another bowl, combine coconut sugar, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Pour a quarter of this mixture into each jar over the oats. Refrigerate the jars for at least 2 hours or overnight.
