Ingredients:

Instructions:


1. Rinse the Rice: Rinse the brown rice under cold water until the water runs clear. This helps remove excess starch and prevents the rice from becoming sticky.


2. Add Ingredients: Add the rinsed brown rice, water, coconut milk, jalapeño, nutritional yeast, and apple cider vinegar to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine all ingredients.


3. Pressure Cook: Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set the valve to the sealing position. Select the "Manual" or "Pressure Cook" setting and set the timer for 22 minutes on high pressure.


4. Steam Broccoli: While the rice is cooking, steam the broccoli florets separately until they are tender but still vibrant green, about 3-4 minutes.


5. Natural Release: Once the cooking time is complete, let the pressure release naturally for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, carefully turn the valve to the venting position to release any remaining pressure.


6. Combine: Open the lid and fluff the rice with a fork. Add the steamed broccoli and stir to combine.


7. Season: Add salt and pepper to taste, stirring to evenly distribute.
