Ingredients:


- 1 cup raw cashews (or your favorite nut)

- 2 large ripe avocados

- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

- 2 cups baby spinach

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

- 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil

- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Juice of 1/4 fresh lemon

2. Blend until smooth, leaving some texture if you like. Stop to scrape down the sides if needed.


3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, blending briefly to mix.
